Nur 78 € reichen für ein Jahr
Die Münchner Tafel benötigt pro Jahr 78 € um einen Tafelgast ein Jahr lang mit Lebensmitteln zu unterstützen.
Das Teuerste ist die Logistik
Von den 78 € fließen pro Tafelgast 56 € in Transport- und Logistikkosten. Jede Woche werden 180 Tonnen Lebensmittel an die Tafel gespendet. Um diese abzuholen und an die 30 Verteilstellen im Stadtgebiet zu transportieren, unterhält die Münchner Tafel eine Flotte von 20 Kühltransportern und LKWs. Diese müssen gewartet, getankt und versichert werden.
Lebensmittelzukäufe
Von den 78 € fließen pro Tafelgast 22 € in Lebensmittelzukäufe. Damit können wir auch dann eine ausgewogene und gesunde Grundversorgung garantieren, wenn die Menge an gespendeten Lebensmitteln nicht ausreicht.
